Sitali Pranayama : Cooling Breath



Well, kids, it's hot enough to fry an egg on the sidewalks here in Ithaca, NY. I was instructed by university staff to lead a gentle practice so that people wouldn't pass out. The gyms in the building were closed after reaching 95 degrees inside. What a trip.
