- Garbasana (Supported Child's Pose). Hold for 5-10 minutes
- Supta Matsyendrasana (Supported Reclined Twist). Hold for 5-10 minutes, each side
- Setu Bandhasana (Supported Bridge Pose). Hold for 5-10 minutes
- Baddha Konasana (Supported Bound Angle Pose). Hold for 5-10 minutes
- Supta Baddha Konasana (Supported Reclined Bound Angle Pose). Hold for 10 minutes or more
- Viparti Karani (Legs up the Wall Pose)
- Viparti Karani with legs in "#4" position (shin crossing opposite leg above knee). Hold for 5-10 minutes, each side.
- Coming back up to seated, Nadi Shodna Pranayama alternate nostril breathing for 5-10 minutes
