Dad likes the restorative yoga and pranayama. Here's one for you.

  1. Garbasana (Supported Child's Pose). Hold for 5-10 minutes
  2. Supta Matsyendrasana (Supported Reclined Twist). Hold for 5-10 minutes, each side
  3. Setu Bandhasana (Supported Bridge Pose). Hold for 5-10 minutes
  4. Baddha Konasana (Supported Bound Angle Pose). Hold for 5-10 minutes
  5. Supta Baddha Konasana (Supported Reclined Bound Angle Pose). Hold for 10 minutes or more
  6. Viparti Karani (Legs up the Wall Pose)
  7. Viparti Karani with legs in "#4" position (shin crossing opposite leg above knee). Hold for 5-10 minutes, each side.
  8. Coming back up to seated, Nadi Shodna Pranayama alternate nostril breathing for 5-10 minutes
