Sometimes, before a class, I invite the class to dedicate their practice. Although I usually encourage them to dedicate it to someone else, every once and awhile dedicate a practice to yourself with perfect love and acceptance.
- Sukhasana (Easy Pose)
- Metta Mediatation (Loving Kindness Meditation). Send the thoughts to others and to yourself.
- Maha Mudra (Great Seal). Seal in the intention.
- Jana Sirsasana (Head to Knee Pose)
- Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana (Revolved Head to Knee Pose)
- Repeat steps 3-5 on other side
- Seated Yoga Mudra (Seal of Yoga)
- Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
- Breath of Joy (Repeat 12x)
- Yoga Mudra Uttanasana (Forward Fold with Yoga Mudra arms)
- Virabhadrasana I
- Virabhadrasana II
- Trikonasana (Triangle Pose)
- Taking the top arm, draw full circles down by the ear, across the torso, and back up in the air
- Reverse direction
- Trikonasana
- Kaliasana (Goddess Pose)
- Simhasana breath (Lion's Breath) in Goddess
- Vinyasa to repeat steps 11-18 on other side
- Malasana (Garland Pose) with hands in prayer position in front of the heart
- Supta Puvana Muktasana (Reclined Wind Relieving Pose). Repeat other side
- Ananda Balasana (Happy Baby Pose)
- Supta Matsyendrasana (Reclined Twist Pose). Repeat other side
- Supta Baddha Konasana
