What calls to you? What are you willing to stand for? Here's a heart opening sequence, for something worth taking your hand to your heart for. 

  1. Sukhasana (Easy Pose)
  2. Taking hands to knee, open chest in slight backbend. Exhale, cave chest backwards. Move with the breath
  3. One hand above head, other to floor. Stretch arm above head and over for side stretch. Repeat other side
  4. Move between alternating side stretches
  5. Cat/cow in table pose
  6. Knee-down Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
  7. One armed Ustrasana (Camel Pose)
  8. Repeat other side
  9. Flow between alternating sides of One-Armed Camel
  10. Ustrasana
  11. Sarvangasana (Rabbit Pose)
  12. Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog)
  13. Tadasana
  14. Virabhadrasana I
  15. Interlock hands behind back for gentle chest opener
  16. Repeat steps 13-15 with other leg
  17. Vrksasana (Tree Pose)
  18. Come to the wall, back facing the wall. As you inhale, moving arms up into tree pose, come into a slight backbend, taking the palms of your hands to the wall behind you.
  19. Tadasana
  20. Repeat steps 17-19 on other side
  21. Vinyasa to floor
  22. Paripurna Navasana (Upward Boat Pose)
  23. Roll on back, taking hands under knees
  24. Come up again into Upward Boat
  25. Repeat steps 22-24 3x
  26. Upavishta Konasana (Seated Wide Angle Pose)
  27. Matsyendrasana (Seated Twist Pose), repeat other side
  28. Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose)
  29. Either repeat Setu Bandhasana or move into Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward Bow Pose)
  30. Repeat 2x
  31. Savasana (Corpse Pose)
