  1. Begin lying on your back, one hand on stomach one hand on chest. Feel the rise and fall of the breath in the body.
  2. Supta Pavana Muktasana (Reclined Wind Relieving Pose). Repeat other side
  3. Supta Balasana (Reclined Child's Pose)
  4. Hands under knees, roll on spine
  5. Roll up to seated
  6. Upavista Konasana (Seated Wide Angle)
  7. Take torso to one leg and then the other
  8. Upavista Konasana
  9. Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
  10. Urdhva Hastasana (Upward Salute)
  11. Padangusthasana (Big Toe Pose)
  12. Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
  13. Standing Bitilasana (Cow Pose) (hands on knees)
  14. Standing Marjaryasana (Cat Pose)
  15. Inhale cow, flow to cat, inhale and exhale for 1 to 2 minutes
  16. Uttana Shishosana (Extended Puppy Pose)
  17. Balasana (Child's Pose)
  18. Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Forward Bend)
  19. Bharadvajasana I (Bharadvaja's Twist)
  20. Agnistambhasana (Fire Log Pose). Repeat other side.
  21. Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose)
  22. Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose)
  23. Supta Virasana Reclining (Hero Pose) [note: use bolsters and pillows here for a more restorative pose]
  24. Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose)
  25. Nadi Shodna Pranayama (Alternate Nostril Breath)
