- Flow between steps 4 and 5
- Hold Dolphin 3-5 breaths
- Malasana (Garland Pose)
- Bharadvajasana I (Bharadvaja's Twist). Repeat other side.

- Anantasana (Eternal One Pose)
- Repeat steps 11 and 12 on other side

- Bring the mat to the wall. Taking forearms shoulder width apart, take feet to the wall, making a 90 degree angle with the body. The elbows shoulder be directly under the shoulders.
