- Roll up to seated
- Upavista Konasana (Seated Wide Angle)
- Take torso to one leg and then the other

- Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
- Urdhva Hastasana (Upward Salute)
- Padangusthasana (Big Toe Pose)
- Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
- Standing Bitilasana (Cow Pose) (hands on knees)
