Suburban Yogini's Sun Salutations

There's only a couple of people in the blogosphere for whom I would attempt such a feat of technology. One of them is definitely Suburban Yogini. The video is genius; I really mean that. Watch it and tell me that you think of Sun Salutations the same way. The best comparison I have to my experience watching it is memories I have of reading Kafka at 15 and realizing that writers could write whatever they wanted to. In the same way, this sequence helped me realize that Sun Salutations could be whatever works for you. It's a "duh" moment that was so obvious I needed it pointed out to me. Thanks again to Suburban Yogini, my teacher across the pond, for reminding me.
