Peter A. of MahaMondo.1
Today's sequence comes from Peter of MahaMondo, a fine blog which bills itself as "Tales from Yogastania (Santa Monica Cali) and a roadmap to conscious living." Well, I might have called it Yogalandia, but I think the point is well made.
Peter gives a a quick sequence detailing how to get into his favorite pose. He writes a bit about it on his blog, too. I won't give too much preamble here, but will encourage you to read the man's words themselves.
Don't think you're getting off easy, though, with a few steps and then you can watch the series the whole weekend: make sure you are good and warmed up for these postures and go through a cool down as well.
