My completely-not-secret garden

The Ithaca community gardens are located to the side of Route 13, a busy intersection with semis, commuters, and everything in between. On the other side is a large-vehicle gas station and train tracks. The space, nevertheless, is lovely and magical. Gardens, especially community gardens whose plots number in the hundreds, can transform a space. Next to all of the cement and concrete, gasoline and gas guzzlers, our garden grows.

For the next couple of days, I'll be posting photos from our garden and the wonderfulness it is currently producing. Feast with your eyes, kids!
