I'm Jewish, culturally and not religiously. But I am surrounded by those celebrating Christmas (as it would be, culturally and not religiously). I feel the spirit. I love Christmas trees. It's hard to not get into it.

For all of you Christmas celebrators and for all of you celebrating humanity and joy, this is for you.

  4. Savasana
  5. Go hug some people. Don't let them do the distance hug, where the hands barely make it to the shoulder blades. Break some ribs. 
  6. Go tell some people why you appreciate them in your life. 
  7. Be appreciative for gifts, physical and metaphysical
  8. Go eat with your family, friends, whoever or whatever you are with. Be grateful and thankful. 
  9. Savasana aka "food coma"
