Today's post-Thanksgiving yoga sequence comes from the co-founder of YogaHub.com.I am a member, and a fan, of this website. - Marjaryasana (Cat Pose)
- Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Dog Pose)
- High Lunge
- Samasthiti (Standing Prayer Pose)
- Vrksasana (Tree Pose)
- Extended Prayer Pose
- Tree Pose (other side)
- Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend)
- Ardha Uttanasana (Half Forward Bend)
- Kapotanasana (Pigeon Pose). Repeat other side
- Bakasana (Crane, or Crow, Pose)
- Savasana
