Sara of Do Restorative Yoga
Another wonderful restorative sequence comes from Sara of Do Restorative Yoga. On her blog, she has pictures and detailed instructions for each of the poses. As before, I'll list out the sequence here, but more benefit will come from hearing her instructions and seeing how she comes into the poses at the source. One of the best parts about restorative yoga, however, is that the poses can look very different for each unique body; let it work for you.
In the meantime, if you are a big lover of restorative yoga, Sara provides a whole blog that will probably delight you to no end. So enjoy!
