Food poisoning!

Which is exactly what I had yesterday, for hours. Feeling better today, although I haven't eaten in quite a while. Yucky. Looks like toast and oatmeal will be on the agenda for awhile...

My practice today will attempt to make my incredibly tight and sore body feel a bit better.



Pinky is my savior.

The sequence today:

  1. Lie on mat, extra cush-y.
  2. Place pinky, my savior, under right shoulder blade for 5 minutes. Switch side, repeat.
  3. Place pinky under right sitting bone for 5 minutes. Switch side, repeat.
  4. Place pinky under base of skull for 5 minutes. 
  5. Roll on pinky along hips, thighs, glutes, and wherever else hurts. Take obscene amounts of time to let pinky do its magic.
  6. Savasana
