- Sukhasana (Easy Pose)
- Uttanasana (Forward Fold)
- Parivrtta Uttanasana (Revolved forward fold). Repeat other direction
- Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog)
- Low lunge
- Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I). Hold for 1-2 minutes
- Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II). Hold for 1-2 minutes
- Vinyasa (slow flow) to repeat on other side
- Low lunge
- Revolved low lunge: take hands in prayer position to twist, raising back knee of straightened leg if that's part of your practice
- High lunge or Virabhadrasana I
- Vinyasa to repeat steps 9-11 on the other side
- Prasarita Padottanasana (Standing Forward Fold)
- Repeat 3 Forward Fold versions
- Parivrtta Prasarita Padottanasana (Revolved Standing Forward Fold)
- Move to repeat on other side
- Vinyasa
- Adho Mukha Svanasana
- "Wild Thing," or Flipping the Dog
- Adho Mukha Svanasana
- Supta Kapotasana (Reclined Pigeon)
- Eka Pada Kapotasana (One legged Pigeon)
- Adho Mukha Svanasana
- Repeat steps 18-23 on other side
- Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose)
- Gentle twists in Bound Angle
- Gomukhasana (Face of Light Pose)
- Matsyendrasana (Seated Twists)
- Repeat steps 27 and 28 on other side
