- Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog Pose). Hold for 5 breaths; bend knees, other movements, etc.
- Chaturanga Dandasana (Plank Pose)
- Knee into Chest Plank. Hold for 5 Breaths.

- Step opposite to twisting side leg back

- Parsvottanasana (Intense Side Stretch Pose)

- Come down onto stomach
- Sphinx Pose. Engage the forearms by isometrically pulling backwards on them to work the core muscle
- Ardha Navasana (Boat Pose). Repeat on other side, without releasing. Flow between sides.
- Release and relax
- Come onto back
- Supta Dandasana (Reclined Staff Pose), on back, legs directly towards sky. Hold for 1-2 minutes, engaging core
- Bring one leg towards chest for hamstring stretch. Repeat other side
- Supta Matsyendrasana (Reclined Twist). Repeat other side
- Savasana
