Winter Solstice Flow
In preparation for the coming winter solstice, the longest night of the year, I'm posting a winter solstice flow a couple of days early.
I think of this time of year as a reminder to slow down, take the time to light some candles, and stare at your Christmas tree/Hanukah bush lights while drinking a glass of red wine. Sometimes I think about moving to a warmer climate... but I wouldn't want to give up cozy nights in front of the fire with friends.
Before starting this flow, set an intention to practice more of whatever it is that brings you light, makes you feel more free, and also shines a light on those around you.
Happy winter solstice!
