Crazy brilliant little hippy flow

All props to Ilana for this winner.

  1. Lizard Pose
  2. Spin on your feet to this pose (image from Elephant Journal):
     

    3. Cross legs magically to Gomukhasana (Cow Face or Face of Light Pose)
    4. Take both hands to the floor, to the inside of the foot that's on top, and spin 180 degrees to a wide legged forward fold (try it, it works)
    5. Walk hands to Lizard Pose on the other side

    The whole thing works, and works well. As Mike Myers used to say on SNL... "It's like buttah!"

    Would love feedback before I actually try teaching it to my own classes :)
