Guest Yoga Sequence: Incorporating Mantra into Your Practice
The guest sequence this week comes from the lovely and talented Ms. Anna Van Fleet. Anna began her teaching journey as a Bikram instructor and has since diverted her talents into other styles as well. This sequence is different than anything I've ever posted-- or ever taught. It's unique because it incorporates the use of chanting as a core part of the practice. I am a little tone deaf and get nervous just "om"-ing at the end of class so I would have to get mighty brave to teach this.
