Quick Vinyasa Sequence
Last week, I took a class with Rachel at Mighty Yoga and A) It was a great class and B) She did this sequence which was crazy fun and mildly mind blowing.
1. Warrior II
2. Reverse Warrior II
3. Extended side angle
4. Straighten front leg, take back arm to back leg for reverse triangle (different than revolved triangle)
5. Triangle
6. Transition directly into lunge twist (hand to inside of foot)
7. Drop back knee
8. While keeping back knee dropped, take front foot back and into the air to get directly into side plank variation (Woah town!)
9. Take both hands to the floor, without changing position of your legs. Press into extended back foot for shin stretch.
10. Press strongly into hands to transition to knee to nose plank
11. Extend back into three legged dog
12. Bring foot in the air in between hands to take sequence on the other side
13. Rinse, repeat
