Yoga sequence to ground-- before taking flight
Get very grounded into your feet-- so grounded that you don't mind when they leave the floor!
1. Sun As (6-12)
2. Lunge
3. Power lunge (chest hovering over thigh, arms back and down)
4. Transition straight to Extended Side Angle
5. Warrior II
6. Reverse Warrior II
7. Straighten front leg
8. Triangle pose
9. Parsvottanasana
10. Standing splits
11. Standing splits with both hands on shin
12. Jump back to vinyasa
13. Repeat steps 2 through 12 on other side
14. Chair pose
15. Chair pose, twisting to right
16. Step back with left leg
17. High lunge twist
18. Repeat steps 2-12
19. Come back to chair pose, and repeat on other side
20. Downward facing dog
21. Warrior II
22. Reverse Warrior II
23. Straighten front leg
24. Triangle pose
25. Warrior II
26. Low lunge
27. High lunge twist
28. Step forward into chair twist
29. Chair pose
30. Vinyasa
31. Repeat steps 21-30 on other side
32. 5-15 minutes of cool down
