Suburban Yogini's Yoga for Walkers and Runners

As a follow-up to yesterday's video from Suburban Yogini, here's a link to a sequence she created for Walkers and Runners. I enjoyed comparing it to what I had for a hiker's sequence. There are so many different ways to stretch muscle groups, but there are stretches don't work for some bodies. It's a good reminder that we shouldn't get frustrated if we can't do a pose and reap its benefits. Either come into the pose at a level that works for you (and go from there) or explore other poses that may have similar benefits.
