High lunge-->Standing with knee to chest-->Stepping back to High lunge (balance challenge)

Lizard pose with hands on floor, but back knee off of floor. Engage hands and feet toward one another to feel uddiyana bandha

Ankle to knee pose with sacrum circles on back

Forearm plank with feet hip distance and feet swaying side to side

DD with knee to chest-->shift forward to plank with knee to chest-->shift back to DD (knee still to chest)

DD, shift forward and place shin on floor in between hands. Use core to lift leg back up (knee to nose), three legged dog.

Seated twist to swing back to restorative Pigeon.
