For Kacie-- Yoga Sequence of all hip openers, leading to Frog Pose

OK. I know I said I was too busy to write it down, but you are lovely and a rock star, so here's the sequence from last Thursday. You do this sequence and end up walking out of the room like a cowgirl...


  1. 1/2 happy baby
  2. Leg moving across body into #4 stretch (shin crossing thigh)Cross leg over for Eagle legs twist
  3. Repeat steps 1-3 on other side
  4. Full happy baby
  5. Table
  6. Take leg out to side at 90 degree angle
  7. Draw circles with leg, both directions
  8. Downward Dog
  9. Forward Fold
  10. Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
  11. Tree with leg you had drawn circles with in table
  12. Vinyasa to DD
  13. Repeat steps 6-12
  14. Forward Fold
  15. Chair
  16. Vinyasa
  17. DD
  18. Warrior II
  19. Goddess or Horse Stance (long hold)
  20. Warrior II
  21. High Lunge
  22. Hands interlaced behind back , heart opener and then forward fold
  23. Inhale to come back up
  24. Exhale both hands to inside of foot, lizard pose (long hold)
  25. Float back to plank
  26. Side plank on hand that is on same side as foot that had been forward
  27. Plank
  28. Vinyasa
  29. Repeat from Forward Fold and Chair until another Vinyasa
  30. Frog Pose (2 minutes)
  31. Bridge Pose (2 minutes)
  32. Supine twists
  33. Inversions (Shoulderstand?)
  34. Savasana
